Our Process
At your golf event, the See Your Game service will provide the following functions:
- Meet and greet each golfer at a designated hole, give recognition to the sponsor's role and explain the video capture
- Digitally record one swing from each participant and take a team photo
- Gather each individual's name and email address, set expectation of email web link
- Provide the ability of each participant to view their golf swing freeze frames and team photo on the web
- Provide the ability of each participant to view their golf swing video, with a selection of side by side pro comparisons, on the web
- Design an email template specific to your golf event that all participants will receive to advise them when their individual images are ready to be viewed
- Design a web site specific to your golf event, where all participants will view their video, freeze frames and team photo
- Email each participant from a golf event up to 3 times to advise when a new image is ready to be viewed. One email per week for 3 weeks
- Each email will have a link to that individual's private and unique website
- Provide the tournament manager access to the See Your Game online reporting site that tracks all web activity generated by the golf event
- Data collected is on behalf of your golf event and managed by See Your Game
